EOG's for Olive Chapel Elementary are officially over!! Thank you to all the teachers, students, staff, and parent volunteers for helping this go so smoothly! Between tracks 1, 2, 3, & 4 we had over 25 parent volunteers here supporting our students & teachers in their efforts to provide the best testing environment possible. It was a huge success! So A HUGE thank you to all!

Kindergartners will receive their specialized supply list once they have been assigned a specific teacher, following the staggered entry process. Thank you!
Parents & Families of OCE, we are still in need of hallway/cottage monitors & testing proctors. If you already have WCPSS clearance, please consider donating your time and helping us with this overwhelming task. We are in desperate need of testing proctors first, and then will arrage volunteers for monitors in/outside. Thank you again for all that you do for us here at OCE and feel free to contact Angela Johnson the testing coordinator at email@example.com if you have questions!
The link below is the UPDATED sign up genius for EOG volunteers. Thank you!www.SignUpGenius.com/go/10C0E4DA8AA22A75-eogproctor
Also, if you are currently a WCPSS volunteer and have already been trained to proctor at another school, we only need a copy of your signed "test security training" form. You will NOT need to be trained again. All others will need to be trained before testing starts on 6/16 and we can arrange a meeting to fit your schedule. Thank you so much!!
